okay, so i didn't reach my goal of recording my EP last year..  not even kinda...  but i had a ton of other crazy stuff happen.  i moved to a new city, got a new job, bought a house, got promoted at my job, and got engaged.. SO, since all that chaos, i've actually made some headway on the studio and recording.  i've written SEVERAL new songs over the past few months, and one of them in particular is gonna be the #1 track; i can feel it.  anyway, before my birthday this october i WILL have my EP done and ready for sale.. come hell or high water!  AND now that i've finally gotten some feelers out in my new town, i've got my first gig coming up in april! check out my 'upcoming shows' tab and follow me on twitter for more info!  to be continued!!...

hey hey, been jammin a lot on #twitch. it's primarily a gamer site, but recently been opened up as a platform for all sort of different artists out there, including musicians! i get to stream a live performance over the internet while interacting with everyone in the chat room; they get to make requests and lemme know what they think of my tunes as i play.  it's pretty sweet.  check it out @ twitch.tv/jevancole // if you follow me on twitter, i'll give you updates on when i'm gonna play next.  in other news, i've got several shows lined up over the next few months, and my big summer goal is to have my next EP out by august!  going to be my first all-jevan-cole-originals cd EVER!  cannot wait!  stay tuned!

been learning some more new covers for the upcoming show @molly malone's on Friday Feb 13th.  couple classics and a couple newbies fresh outta the top40 gate.  i've also been working on some originals, which i'll be unveiling at least one brand new song at this gig!  come check it out for yoself!

got the EP done and went out peddling it to the local joints in the cincinnati/covington area.  finally starting to get some feedback!  the irish band 'Easter Rising' has kindly offered to let me jam with them on December 19th at Celestial in cincinnati from 8p-12a!  so check out the 'upcoming shows' tab for more info.  i've also got my own show scheduled to play at Molly Malone's on January 2nd from 10p-2a, so be sure to check it out!

putting the finishing touches on the cover EP! then we're off and running next week to give the official press kit a run for its money.
